There is something very special about a book, whether you read it to yourself or out loud to others. Our goal is to write books that entertain and inspire thought.
In our first book, Stories from Friendship Cove, summer adventures unfold in a seaside town as Thomas, Aria, and their friends navigate friendships, challenges, and life lessons. From fixing boats to searching for a missing boy, each vignette captures the essence of childhood exploration and the bonds of friendship.
Sami, Jack, and James discuss, plan, write, and edit the books. James also made the chapter heading illustrations for Stories from Friendship Cove.
Friendship Cove is a fictional place based on our family experiences in living in the coastal communities of Lloyd Harbor NY, Swampscott MA, and Martha’s Vineyard.
ADVENTURE
In Stories from Friendship Cove, summertime brings adventure for Thomas, Aria, and their friends— Caleb, Summer, Peter, and Mathew. From restoring an abandoned boat to navigating friendships and facing challenges, the group learns about kindness, responsibility, and teamwork.
LITERATURE
Themes that are broached include winning and losing, dealing with bullies, weighing what is important in life, the basis of fear, and the importance of friendship.

EDUCATION
Stories from Friendship Cove is designed for approximately eight- to 12-year-olds. Since some of the concepts discussed would be further enriched from conversations with adults, it is our sincere hope that the book will bridge generations and be a family read.
